Better Data, Better Decisions, Better Outcomes

The Health Service Executive (HSE) manages its estate to create a high quality physical environment that will enhance wellness for patients and service users. It has an annual spend of €1.25 billion per annum and is responsible for 4,000 property blocks. It is currently rolling out the NEIS Project which involves implementation of a Common Data Environment (CDE) for their construction projects together with an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) for asset management. The HSE implemented a change culture to successfully build and manage Ireland’s biggest public sector asset. Our speaker will share the learnings from the digital transformation journey as relevant to the construction industry.
